Smartphones can encounter issues during their normal usage. Nokia phones are no different. Software issues can sometimes originate out of nowhere. But sending the device for repair to Nokia Care is a time-consuming task and often leaves you without a phone for several days. It is also annoying that you need to send the device to Nokia for something which can be easily fixed at home.

This service saves you as we will flash the factory ROM of your Nokia device at your home. There is no need to travel or sending your device to Nokia. We support several Nokia smartphones which run on Qualcomm chipsets. We also support MediaTek based Nokia phones, but they can sometimes become tricky to fix.

How does it work?

After you place an order, we will start working on it. Here’s a general procedure:

  1. We wil contact you over email or Telegram (preferred) to know more about your problem.
  2. Once the issue is identified and we are sure that we can fix it, we will arrange for a remote session. The remote session requires you to have a Windows PC with TeamViewer installed.
  3. We will download the required software to your PC and flash it to your Nokia phone.

    My Nokia 7.1 with Android Pie succumbed to the dreaded ‘Download Mode’ fault. My phone would not reset, factory reset or anything.

    Narender was more than happy to remotely flash my phone and worked his magic to get it up and running again.

    He was very helpful and worked around my UK timings, he was also very quick to respond to my emails.

    You need TeamViewer to utilize this service. Log in, and just allow Narender to work his magic.

    Narender was an amazing help. He is genuine nice guy and help to fix my Nokia 7.1 where stuck on download mode. I had spoken to couple of people and all internet directions didn’t work. I was actually even though to buy a new phone and scrap this where after I find this website which please trust me he is genuine and totally nice guy to help. UK to India over TeamViewer he dealt with issue.

    Same stuck on download mode issue as everyone else on my Nokie 7.1 Tried the fasboot method with no success, contacted Nokia where they had no tech department available. Proposal was to send it in for repair, DHL label delivered via email only to find out it had to be shipped to Hungary. That’s at least a 2-3 week turnover time.
    I was a bit sceptical at first using the service offered here, but boy did Narender deliver! Took about 30 minutes, lot’s of scripts and tadaaa! Phone works like a charm.

    Same issue as other folks: nokia 7.1 corrupted itself while installing Aug 2019 patch and entered into “Download mode”. Sent to Nokia, and of course they told me there was water damage, which I know there was not. Narender took half an hour and got my phone working perfectly again – back to stock Pie.

    Never buying a Nokia again – terrible customer service.

I could not understand what he was doing but he clearly knew what he was doing as there were some issues which he managed to overcome. He patiently worked his way through and fixed the phone.     I was dead in the water as I had the dreaded download mode screen.
    Nokia was no help and I needed the device up and running for work.
    Even before paying they walked me through getting things ready. Narender was extremely polite and answered any mundane questions I had. Device was restored in less then an hour.

    My Nokia 6.1 was stuck in Download Mode, and no way to get out of it. Chatted to Nokia support, who blamed stuck key, or broken motherboard – both very unlikely. It had just got stuck updating Android. It was still in warranty so they would fix it for free, but would need to send it off for 1-2 weeks!

    TechMesto was only hope to get the phone working again quickly.

    I ordered online, but then nothing happened, so went onto ordering web-site and started a chat with him. He asked for order number, and then went to work! Narender was very helpful and patient and a pleasure to deal with.

    You need TeamViewer allow Narender to download OPA software and files onto your PC, and use this to flash them onto phone.
    I had downloaded from Microsoft site, but this s/w is no good – you need the version from Teamviewer site. Probably should have done Teamviewer via a guest user vs my own admin level user, but could see everything Narender was doing via Teamviewer.

    Some files took 10 mins or so to download, so took maybe 40 mins in total.

    I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He clearly knows what he is doing!

    Saved me a lot of hassle in sending phone off. Would have probably needed to buy a temporary phone while waiting.
