Description
Nokia’s latest smartphone series has no factory reset (hard reset) option in the stock Android recovery mode. So, to perform a factory reset, you need to send your device to Nokia/HMD Global. As an alternative, we offer the factory reset service to you. You can avail it from your home without reaching a retail shop or point of purchase or shipping the smartphone to Nokia. All you need is a computer and a USB cable.
We support most of the Nokia smartphones launched by HMD Global. However, most of the older smartphones (until 2019) came with a reset option in the recovery mode. So, the service is more beneficial for the owners of new devices without such an option in the recovery mode.
Note: A factory reset will erase all existing user data (photos, videos, apps, music, etc.) from the smartphone. It will be impossible to recover data once the factory reset is performed.

I was an idiot and decided on a whim to change from using my PIN to using a complex swipe pattern to unlock the phone. Then the phone let me unlock using my fingerprint for the next two days so I forgot the pattern. Proceeded to brick my phone since I couldn’t get in and it demanded I use my new pattern lmao.
I kept trying until eventually it made me wait like 2 minutes before each attempt. So now I have to factory reset. Bummer, since I have a lot of photos and videos on there but gotta do what you gotta do.
Turns out, no way to factory reset (never buying Nokia again).
Googled a bunch and found this service. Was a little nervous but the other reviews and what I saw on Reddit helped me pull the trigger so I’m paying it forward by leaving my own review.
5 stars, not a scam and no malware was installed. He will access the factory reset option for you through bootloader and it’s done in like 10 minutes or less.
After that just log into your Google Account again and your contacts should be mostly recovered.

I was actually worried about doing this, I desperately needed the phone unlocked but had concerns, how do I know I’d get what I paid for? Paying by PayPal put me at ease a little. Narender, kindly answered all of my questions, how was it going to work etc etc. Again I was concerned with security as he needed to use USB remote connection but five star reviews here were very reassuring. Despite some hiccups Narender was patient and friendly and talked me through the process with clear instructions and despite having two young children screaming and shouting mum every second in the background we got the phone unlocked and I am once again up and running and able to log into necessary services. Narender, what a fantastic service, I will be recommending you to everyone. I am not even in the UK and yet got a better service here than in local shops! Well worth the money. All in all very well guided tour and unlocking of my Nokia tablet T20. The agent was polite, patient and obisiously knows what he is doing and what could be done in case of failure(s). It took nevertheless around half an hour.
Why not 5 stars: the process how this is done should be described here more detailed (ie download USB port redirector software, steps, how to go into fastboot mode, etc…). And, as an IT professional I am very cautious when it comes to download something from somewhere.
